Room Rentals for Visiting Practitioners & Facilitators

At Soul Intention, we love collaborating with independent practitioners, readers, and holistic facilitators. Our dedicated service room is available for you to host your own clients within our regular store business hours (or other pre-arranged times).​

 

A Note on Marketing: We love supporting our partners! Soul Intention is happy to promote your events in-store, on our website, and across our social media platforms. However, please note that it remains the service provider's ultimate responsibility to market themselves and attract their own clients or participants.​

 

Here is everything you need to know about partnering with us and utilizing our space:

The Financial Options (How Room Use Works)

We offer a flexible, low-risk structure designed to support full-day bookings, practitioners who are just starting out, facilitators hosting workshops, or those booking limited appointments:

​

The Daily Flat Rate: A flat fee of $75.00 (+ tax where applicable) gives you full access to the service room for the day during regular business hours.

​

The Commission Option (For Limited Services): If you are only seeing a few clients, we can operate on a commission split of 30% on the fees you collect.

​

The Cap: To keep things fair for you, this commission is capped at $75.00 for the day. Once your total commission to the shop hits $75.00 (before tax), you keep 100% of everything you earn beyond that point. (Please note: This daily cap does not apply to shorter standalone events, workshops, or private gatherings)

Insurance & Liabilities
Because you are operating as an independent entity within our space, practitioners must manage their own professional overhead:

Coverage: The Service Provider is responsible for covering any additional operational costs and maintaining any professional liability insurance required to safely and legally offer their specific services.

​

Independent Quality: Soul Intention provides the physical space but is not responsible for the independent services rendered, their outcomes, or their quality.  

​

Ending the Agreement

We believe in flexibility, but we also value predictable scheduling. Either party (Soul Intention or the Service Provider) can dissolve this operational agreement at any time by providing 15 days written notice.

​

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a scheduled event, workshop, or private gathering within the 15-day window, a $25.00 cancellation fee per room-booking will apply.
