We love showcasing unique items, handmade goods, and intentional creations from our community. If you are an artist, maker, or vendor looking to place your products in our retail shop, here is a transparent look at how our consignment partnership works.

Pricing & Sales
We want to ensure your work is valued correctly while aligning with our store operations:

Agreed Price: We will sell your items at the baseline price we agree upon together.

Price Adjustments: Soul Intention will never discount your items below the agreed price without consulting you first. However, we do reserve the right to price items higher if market demand allows, and your payout will still be securely based on our agreed baseline.

 

Commission Split
Our standard shop commission is 30% on all consigned merchandise sold. You retain the remaining percentage of the agreed retail price.

Payout Structure & Schedule
We keep payouts organized so you know exactly when and how you are getting paid:

When: Payouts are issued monthly, before the first business day of each calendar month for the previous month's sales.

How (E-Transfer): You can opt for a direct Interac E-Transfer for a small $1.50 processing fee per transfer.

How (Cheque/Cash): If your monthly payout is under $30, or if you prefer to avoid the e-transfer fee, you can pick up a cheque or cash directly at Soul Intention.

 

Inventory & Peace of Mind
Detailed Inventory: Together, we will maintain a detailed, line-item inventory list of every piece featured in the store. This inventory list is provided by you, the artisan.

Insurance Coverage: You can rest easy knowing that while your items are in our care, they are covered under Soul Intention's store insurance policy.

 

Flexibility
There are no long-term lock-ins. Either party can dissolve the consignment agreement at any time by providing 15 days written notice, at which point you can arrange to pick up any remaining inventory.  Soul Intention is not responsible for storing inventory beyond that point.
