"I have been a practicing Trad Celtic Pagan for over 20 years

​

My roots are both Celtic and Indigenous. I use the combined traditions whilst in my teaching and personal practice. I was the co-owner of Nature’s Spirit New Age shop in Milton Ontario for over a decade. I decided to close the shop the summer of 2025 to slow down and really delve into my love of herbs and teaching. 

 

So I started up Blue Heron Apothecary at my property in Puslinch.  I prepare hand harvested local herbs, and handcrafted metaphysical items for spiritual practice.
