Brenda Schrader-Sanders

In 1999, my life fell apart.  I walked into a store similar to Soul Intention.  The owner suggested I take Reiki.  I had no idea what Reiki was.

That was the start of my journey with Energy.  I firmly believe every emotion has its own vibration and THAT vibration has its own story to tell.

Working with Energy since 1999, I lean in to listen to the story your body wants to tell me whether that's through Intuitive Readings, Coaching (2025 award winner), Reflexology (Certified) or Hypnosis (Registered - 3 time award winning Hypnotist).

The goal is to bring the MIND/BODY/SOUL back to peace, back to Oneness.

I now live in Elora.  I back onto the river. In my spare time, I'm down at the river taking in nature.
