Julia Arndt

Julia Arndt has a deep appreciation for creativity, music, and wellness, a passion that was sparked as a
child. Julia earned a Master of Arts in Sociology and pursued a career in the health care sector but has
never wavered in her vision of integrating a focus on creativity, art, music and personal growth into her
professional life.

In 2017, Julia reignited her love for the arts by undertaking a specialization in Expressive Arts Facilitation at the Prairie Institute of Art Therapy in Calgary, Alberta. In 2018, she travelled to Switzerland to further train in Expressive at the European Graduate School.
In 2023, she completed Crystal Singing Bowl training at the Star Light Portal in Cochrane Alberta and
plays a set of 17 Alchemy Crystal Bowls that awaken inner harmony. During this time, she also completed the Usui Master/Teacher Level program at Mount Royal University. In 2025, she travelled to Bali to further explore training with other Reiki Masters. Julia is a member of the Canadian Reiki Association.

Through these transformative experiences, Julia has explored a variety of creative outlets, blended her
passions, and merged her diverse interests while delving into various creative modalities such as writing, image-making, poetry, movement, and sound.

In her work with others, Julia seeks to enhance wellbeing by creating a nurturing environment that fosters reflection and personal growth, while tapping into innate creativity, imagination, and the potential for innovation in daily life.
