Max is based in Guelph, Ontario and offers consultations in English and Russian, online and in-person.  With a background in natural sciences, Max helps clients explore their personality structures and inner potential not through predictions but through awareness.

As a member of the International Hand Reading Association, Max has set out to establish and maintain the highest standards in hand reading consultations.  Concomitant with that is a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards of practice within the consultation process itself.

 

It is acknowledged that the chirologist is in a position of trust with respect to the client which invokes a power-differential which needs to be handled with care and awareness.  As a result, all IHRA chirological consultants are bound to abide by the IHRA Code of Ethics:

(1) To maintain the highest standards of professional competency

(2) To interact with clients with honesty and integrity and keep client confidentiality

(3) To not offer hand readings to those who are not able to consent to do so, whether they are inebriated or of unsound mind; and to not offer hand readings to those under 16 yrs of age without parental consent and the presence of their legal guardian.

(4) To maintain clear and wholesome professional boundaries with all clients

(5) To refrain from giving counsel outside the scope of professional training(s) and expertise

(6) To engage in on-going professional development and be open to peer criticism and review

​(7) To practice within the constraints of the laws of the local state or jurisdiction

(8) To abide by local laws with regard to the disclosure of information in cases of self-harm, sexual abuse or child endangerment

(9) To not engage in 'fortune telling' or make 'predictions' from the hand especially with regard to 'fate', fortune, marriage, babies and time or manner of death
