Take Time Out to Reflect, Reset and Rebalance
Stress is increasingly becoming a normal part of life. We often spend a great deal of time running around or focused on other’s needs. This can leave us unbalanced, neglecting our own needs. We're like a car with a flat tire sputtering along.
In this 4-hour practical workshop, we'll first take some time to get grounded via a alchemy crystal-bowl sound bath. During the sound bath, you will Immerse yourself in the sustained tones of high vibration that wash away your tension, restore balance, and awaken your inner harmony.
Next, focusing on the mind, body and spirit, using a variety of creative methods (e.g., simple writing, easy image making, etc.) we’ll stop to:
Reflect on where you are currently at;
Consider what ‘self-care provided for you, and by you’ looks like’;
Explore what needs to be ‘let go of’; and,
Discover what you can add in to your "self-care toolkit";.

Using a variety of creative activities, you will take time just for you to accelerate your growth and consider how to facilitate greater wellbeing and innovation in your daily life.
All workshop supplies are provided, along with snacks and drinks. No experience is necessary.
This workshop is priced at $65 per person.

What to Bring:
Water bottle for hydration.
Yoga mat, pillow, eye cover, light cover for sound bath.
