In this experiential workshop, award-winning hypnotherapist and spiritual practitioner Cal explores past life regression as a tool for self-discovery, reflection, and personal transformation. We’ll look at what past life regression is, how hypnosis works, the different ways past life experiences can be understood, and how Cal incorporates regression into their own practice.
Participants will be guided through a gentle hypnotic exploration and introduced to practical tools for exploring the symbols, emotions, patterns, and questions that emerge. No particular belief in reincarnation is required, curiosity is enough.
