Sound Bath Workshops

Join Jessica, Founder of Willow-Ray Healing in an immersive sound bath journey, to bring you into a deep meditative and restorative state, to rest, heal, gain insight, and feel renewed. With the intention of an ancestral connection, healing with love for past loved ones. You will be bathed with the sounds of her voice, drum, gong, crystal singing bowls, and rattle. As a Shamanic Guide and Space Holder, Jess works with the energy of the group and individuals to provide the specific healing energy necessary through sound, as well as the channeled energy of Mother Earth.

This unique experience invites participants to lie down comfortably, allowing the sound frequencies to move through them, creating a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace. Jess will begin with a short intro, a guided grounding meditation, and will bring you through the sound healing journey to clear and release tension and stagnance in your body, reduce stress, to balance and amplify your energy, help process emotions, encourage new perspectives, and ultimately bring you to a deep restorative state to heal your body, Spirit, and mind, honouring the closeness of the unseen realms and connecting to your ancestors wisdom.
