- Narc / Empath Relationship Workshop on Thurs. Mar. 19th, 2026
Join Cindy for this special workshop focusing on the complexities of relationships between narcissists and empaths. At Soul Intention Thursday, March 19th, 2026 at 7 PM ET $20 per participant (Register below) In this engaging session, participants will delve deep into the intricate dynamics that characterize the interactions between these two distinct personality types. Through a combination of informative presentations, interactive discussions, and practical exercises, attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of how narcissistic behavior manifests and the impact it has on empathetic individuals. Cindy will guide participants through the psychological underpinnings of narcissism, exploring traits such as a lack of empathy, a constant need for admiration, and manipulative tendencies. Furthermore, the workshop will highlight the emotional challenges faced by empaths, who often find themselves absorbing the feelings and energies of those around them, particularly in relationships with narcissists. By examining real-life scenarios and case studies, attendees will learn to recognize the signs of narcissistic behavior and the patterns that often emerge in these relationships. The workshop will also provide valuable strategies for empaths to protect their emotional well-being and establish healthy boundaries. Additionally, there will be opportunities for group sharing and individual reflection, allowing participants to connect with others who may have had similar experiences. This supportive environment will foster a sense of community and understanding, empowering attendees to navigate their own relationships with greater awareness and confidence. Don’t miss this chance to explore the complexities of these interactions and to equip yourself with the tools necessary for healthier, more fulfilling relationships. - Have a Safe and Happy Holiday Season!!!
Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, Blessed Yuletide, Joyous Kwanzaa, or however else you may celebrate this holiday season! This time of year is a wonderful opportunity to come together with family and friends, reflecting on the values and traditions that make each celebration unique and special. Hanukkah, often referred to as the Festival of Lights, is a beautiful eight-day Jewish celebration that commemorates the rededication of the Second Temple in Jerusalem and the miracle of the oil that lasted eight days. Families gather to light the menorah, recite prayers, and enjoy traditional foods such as latkes and sufganiyot, creating a warm atmosphere filled with love and gratitude. On the other hand, Christmas, celebrated by millions around the world, encompasses a rich tapestry of customs that vary across cultures. From decorating Christmas trees and hanging stockings to singing carols and exchanging gifts, the holiday embodies the spirit of giving and joy. Some celebrate the story of the Nativity, which recounts the birth of Jesus Christ, serves as a central theme for many, inspiring acts of kindness and charity during this festive season. Kwanzaa, a celebration of African heritage and culture, spans seven days and emphasizes community, family, and unity. Each day of Kwanzaa is dedicated to one of the seven principles, known as the Nguzo Saba, which include Umoja (Unity), Kujichagulia (Self-Determination), and Ujima (Collective Work and Responsibility). Families participate in rituals that honor their ancestry, share stories, and engage in communal activities, fostering a sense of belonging and pride in their cultural identity. Regardless of how you choose to celebrate, this holiday season is a time for reflection, connection, and joy. It invites us all to embrace the diversity of traditions and the universal themes of love, hope, and compassion that resonate during this special time of year. So, whether you are lighting candles, decorating a tree, or gathering with loved ones to celebrate your heritage, may your days be filled with peace, happiness, and cherished memories. Have a Safe and Happy Holiday Season!!!

- Reflections leading up to the holiday season
As the holiday season approaches, many individuals find themselves immersed in a period of introspection and contemplation. This time of year, characterized by the changing of the seasons, the crispness in the air, and the vibrant colours of autumn leaves transitioning to winter whites, serves as a backdrop for personal reflection. People often take this opportunity to evaluate the past year, considering their achievements, challenges, and the lessons learned along the way. In the weeks leading up to the holidays, there is a palpable shift in the atmosphere. Streets are adorned with twinkling lights, and shops are filled with festive decorations, creating a sense of warmth and joy. This visual transformation often inspires individuals to think about their own lives and the relationships they cherish. It prompts a deeper appreciation for family and friends, as well as a renewed commitment to nurturing those connections. Many take time to reach out to loved ones, whether through heartfelt messages, phone calls, or in-person gatherings, reinforcing the bonds that may have been strained or neglected throughout the year. Moreover, the holiday season serves as a reminder of the importance of gratitude. As people reflect on their experiences, they often find themselves acknowledging the moments of joy, love, and support that have enriched their lives. This practice of gratitude can lead to a greater sense of fulfillment and happiness, encouraging individuals to focus on the positives rather than dwelling on past grievances or disappointments. It is a time to celebrate not only personal milestones but also collective achievements within communities, fostering a spirit of unity and shared purpose. Additionally, as many prepare for the festivities, they may also contemplate the values and traditions that define their celebrations. Whether it’s the culinary delights that grace the dinner table, the rituals that have been passed down through generations, or the charitable acts that embody the spirit of giving, these elements contribute to a deeper understanding of what the holiday season means to each person. This exploration can lead to a renewed commitment to uphold these traditions, ensuring they continue to thrive for future generations. Ultimately, the reflections leading up to the holiday season are not just about looking back; they also involve envisioning the future. As individuals consider their aspirations and goals for the coming year, they may find inspiration in the lessons learned during the past months. This period of reflection can serve as a catalyst for personal growth, encouraging individuals to set intentions that align with their values and desires. In this way, the holiday season becomes not only a time of celebration but also a pivotal moment for personal development and renewal.
