Julia's Story

Allow us to introduce you to the amazing Julia Wylde, a truly vibrant and spirited individual who radiates energy joy!  Julia is not just an ordinary person; she a fun-loving child at heart, always life with enthusiasm and positivity.

She is the brilliant creator of the inspiring J.O.Y. Bridge program, designed to uplift and empower individuals in their journey. In addition to her role a program creator, Julia is also a dedicated high school physical education teacher, where she passionately students to lead active and healthy lives. She holds a certification as a Heart Math trainer, which adds to her skill set.  Furthermore, Julia is a children's fitness coach, helping the younger generation discover the joy of movement.

To top it all off, she is an Adventures in Wisdom coach, guiding individuals on their paths to wisdom and personal growth.
