We will explore the various herbs and materials traditionally used in Smudging, such as sage, sweetgrass, and cedar, and discuss their significance in different cultural contexts. Attendees will learn about the rituals associated with saining, a practice often used to purify spaces and promote positive energy, as well as the art of smoke clearing, which serves to clear away negativity and create a harmonious environment.
