A heart-centered adventure for ages 7-9 years and their parents with crystal energy integration.

The J.O.Y. Bridge program is a 8 week program, 8 lesson empowerment experience for children aged 7-9 years old and their parents participate in the empowerment tasks given for each lesson.
At Soul Intention

runs every Saturday thereafter for eight weeks.
It blends heart math, NLP, breathwork, yoga/fun fitness, and playful storytelling paired with crystal energy tools to help guide children to:
Build self-confidence and emotional resilience
Shift from stress, anxiety, and self-doubt to J.O.Y. and thriving abundantly
Create and practice empowering beliefs and renewing, nourishing, and replenishing emotions.
Together, we can give children tools for a lifetime of self-worth and positive vibrant energy and give them a 'crystal-clear' reminder of their J.O.Y. bridge adventure!
